Fast and furious
Came down the first winter storm
Early October?

We had about 12 inches of rain during 24 hours in the San Francisco Bay Area this past weekend. While it helped put out the wildfires and provided needed relief against drought, it did cause mudslides, widespread power outages, and a number of road accidents. A winter rainstorm this early in October is unprecedented. Differences in climate year-to-year may be the new normal.
